Online coaching for 3

Since lockdown begun we found T FITNESS online . We had 1-2 online coaching sessions a week with my wife and our son Ben. We already had some equipment a home. All we needed was a mat for comfort. But we had extra stuff so T gave us some extra exercises with them. This was done through either Facetime,zoom or skype etc. Thanks T FINESS! :)
