T-FITNESS are portable being well equipped . If your not confident enough to face the public gym workouts or cardio. We offer home workout sessions to you and your friends & family members from comfort of your home . So you all can achieve your fitness and diet goals :). You don’t need any equipment whatsoever! T-FITNESS are portable and will organise and prep the session and bring along what is needed accordingly . You just need to be ready to feel the T-FITNESS PAIN ! No pain no gain!
